Yes, our ramps are designed to accommodate all standard mountain bike wheel sizes, including 26", 27.5", and 29" wheels, as well as various tire widths from XC to Fat bikes.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
We ship globally. Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-4 business days.
What is the weight limit for the portable ramps?
Our ramps are engineered for durability and can support a combined weight (rider and bike) of up to 150kg (330 lbs), depending on the specific model.
Do I need tools to assemble the ramps?
No tools are required. MTB Hopper products feature a unique CNC-cut interlocking design that allows for assembly and disassembly in under 2 minutes by hand.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are the ramps weather-resistant?
Our ramps are made from high-quality, water-resistant plywood; however, we recommend storing them in a dry place when not in use to ensure maximum longevity.
