At MTB Hopper, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the right fit for your riding style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
